Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily financial entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Stay abreast of accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Handle routine financial tasks, such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Officer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
