Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment, addressing concerns, and promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
- Implement performance management systems to monitor and enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Lead training and development initiatives to nurture skills and capabilities within the team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and management.
Salary: N200,000 Monthly.
