Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of HR data, including employee engagement, performance, and turnover metrics, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to develop and implement effective workforce planning and talent management strategies.
- Manage and optimize HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the design and execution of HR programs, initiatives, and policies that align with the company’s goals and values.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 yrs HR experience in manufacturing industry.

A year min as HR analyst
- Strong proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
- Excellent understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
