Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of HR data, including employee engagement, performance, and turnover metrics, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to develop and implement effective workforce planning and talent management strategies.
• Manage and optimize HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the design and execution of HR programs, initiatives, and policies that align with the company’s goals and values.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 yrs HR experience in manufacturing industry.

• A year min as HR analyst

• Strong proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
• Excellent understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
