Overview: 

Genesis Studios, a leading media production company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a pivotal member of our HR department, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, managing talent acquisition, and implementing HR policies that align with our company values.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
• Administer and enhance employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering effective communication between management and staff.
• Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to supervisors and employees for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with current employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
