Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the medical sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion in line with company objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, effective marketing strategies, and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the sales team, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of medical products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Salary: N180,000 / Monthly.
