Overview:
Oceanic Health Management Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our company, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners, fostering positive relationships.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.
- Proficient in office management software (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with healthcare administration is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Salary Range: N150,000 – N180,000 / Month (Net)
