Overview:
Dana Group is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a pivotal part of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding our market presence in the [specified region].
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance our competitive position.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product/service delivery and customer support.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance assessments to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a successful sales leader.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional or national capacity.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
- In-depth knowledge of the [specified region]’s market dynamics and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: N250,000 – N260,000 / month.
