Regional Sales Manager @ Dana Group

Overview: 

Dana Group is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a pivotal part of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding our market presence in the [specified region].

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance our competitive position.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product/service delivery and customer support.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance assessments to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a successful sales leader.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional or national capacity.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
  • In-depth knowledge of the [specified region]’s market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Salary Range: N250,000 – N260,000 / month.
