Account Officer @ Mikano International Limited

Overview:

Mikano International Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization through effective financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable: Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements to aid management in decision-making processes.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights to support financial planning.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
