As a Mechanical Engineer at Livestock Feeds Plc, you will play a pivotal role in the maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of our mechanical systems, ensuring seamless operations within our production facility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to source high-quality components and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 3-5 years work experience as a maintenance or mechanical engineer.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software for design and analysis.
• Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail.

Skills:
