Overview:
Ehi-Kings Real Estate is a real estate and construction company that provides top notch luxury residential homes in Nigeria, a wide range of landed property and free property consultancy. We have a dedicated team of highly trained professional real estate consultants and we are looking for a professional Driver responsible for transporting clients and staff members and handling deliveries in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
● Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
● Pick up clients and company staff members from the place and at the time they’ve requested
● Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
● Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
● Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
● Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest
● Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
● Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
● Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a Driver
● A valid driver’s license
● A clean driving record
● A good communication skills and proficiency in English
● Familiarity with GPS devices like google map
● Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
● Proximity to office area is very important
● Availability to occasionally work extra hours
● A polite and professional disposition
● Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
● Minimum of high school diploma
Salary: N60,000 to N70,000
