Endlex Properties is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key player in our commitment to exceptional service, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients and tenants receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and prospective tenants, delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests, striving to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, coordinate property showings, and facilitate lease agreements.
- Provide information on available properties, lease terms, and community amenities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
