Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient administrative policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, scheduling, and logistics for executives and staff.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary:  N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
