Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle general office tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in bookkeeping and record-keeping activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the office is running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
