Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program: Engage in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for effective warehouse operations.
- Inventory Management: Learn the intricacies of inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment, contributing to the efficiency of our supply chain.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with experienced professionals to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall warehouse efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Understand and adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to various aspects of our business, fostering a holistic understanding of warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.
