Overview: 

GMart Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial efficiency.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance financial processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating comprehensive financial management expertise.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting.

Salary: N350,000 – N400,000 / Month.
