Overview:
Sonia Foods Industries, a renowned player in the food industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Brand Manager. As a key member of our marketing division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies to enhance our market presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and market share.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and company goals.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand positioning and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance through KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in the food industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive innovation.
- Proficient in market research and analysis tools.
