Executive Assistant @ 7-Fifteen Capital Limited

Overview: 

Are you a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills? 7-Fifteen Capital Limited is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and relevant documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data security.
  • Assist in project management and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
