Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
• Proven track record as a successful CEO or in a senior executive leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and innovation.
