Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for leading and optimizing production processes? DMOT Enterprises, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of production workers, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Process Optimization: Implement and streamline production processes to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and meet quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen focus on product quality, implementing measures to ensure consistent adherence to company standards.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets and timelines.
- Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing training and development opportunities to the production team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a results-driven mindset.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production environment.
Salary: N230,000 Monthly Gross with other benefits.
