Nelberk Language School is seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Secretary. This key role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, providing essential support to enhance the overall efficiency of our language school.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Execute a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Office Management: Maintain a well-organized office environment, overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a conducive work atmosphere.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism in all interactions.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records, ensuring timely and efficient access to information as needed.
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage calendars and appointments, ensuring optimal time utilization for the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative secretary or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office software and equipment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
