Overview:
Salvo Agency International is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Performance / Growth Marketer to join our innovative team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives to accelerate brand growth and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to optimize performance across various channels, with a focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, social media, email, and other performance channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, seasonal promotions, and overall business goals.
- Testing and Innovation: Implement A/B testing methodologies to identify high-performing strategies and explore innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on driving growth and achieving KPIs.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools and platforms for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salary: N300k – N350k + other benefits.
