Key Responsibilities:

• Waitresses:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
  • Maintain a neat and organized dining area, adhering to cleanliness standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and address them proactively to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Bartender (Male):
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Interact with customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and ensure a safe drinking environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Waitress or Bartender in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE certificate.

• Interpersonal skills.
