BBA Consult a leading consultancy firm, is actively seeking a visionary and strategic leader to assume the role of Managing Director. As a key member of our executive team, you will drive the overall direction and growth of our organization, fostering innovation, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to guide the company towards its strategic objectives and long-term success.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry trends.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence among the leadership team and staff.
• Lead business development efforts, cultivating client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards, maintaining the company’s reputation for integrity.

Qualifications:

• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a track record of driving business growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performance teams.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.

• Proven experience with 10-12 years in senior management/ c-suites level within the microfinance, agriculture, or related fields
