As a Personal Assistant at Abodes Lagos, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth functioning of our office and assisting our leadership team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Handle basic office tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND preferred, OND may be considered.
- Tech and Social Media Savvy.
- Basic photography and content creation skills
- Superior attention to details.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule determined by the needs of the CEO.
- Preferably lives on the Mainland (Yaba axis)
- Recent graduates on/about to commence NYSC program are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is a plus
- Previous experience in the real estate/property management sector is an added advantage.
Salary: N70,000 – N85,000 / month
