Oleaster Wellness and Recovery Centre is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer and monitor medications, ensuring compliance with prescribed treatment regimens.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and support to individuals and groups, fostering a therapeutic and healing environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of best practices in psychiatric nursing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Nursing.
- Current registration and licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse.
- Experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
Salary: N120,000 – N130,000 / monthly.
