Overview:
DejaVu Hotel and Suites is searching for a skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our dining services, maintaining high standards of service, and creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily food and beverage operations, including restaurant and banquet services.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and maintain quality control in food and beverage presentation and service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient and timely delivery of meals.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
- Address customer concerns promptly and work to continuously enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in in Hotel Management or similar discipline.

Proven relevant working experience is required.

Previous experience working with Hotel Property Management Software is an advantage.

Proven experience in stock management, cash control and customer service.

Competent IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook skills.
