Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and production, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability in the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

    Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff.

  • Foster a positive working environment and provide ongoing training

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer feedback

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

  • Monitor and manage the restaurant’s budget

  • Implement cost-control measures and optimize profitability

  • Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and pricing strategies

  • Analyze menu performance and adjust as needed.

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and advertising.

  • Ensure the quality of food, service, and overall customer experience.

  • Conduct regular inspections and address quality concerns.

  • Oversee inventory levels and ordering processes.

  • Minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with a minimum of 6 years work experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Understanding of current industry trends and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience.
