Overview:

The ideal candidate would be responsible for supporting specific functions within the organization, working closely with the management and advice on people-related issues such as talent management, employee relations, rewards and benefits, diversity and inclusion as well as organization development and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with the company’s goals, providing expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
• Partner with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, identifying top talent and managing onboarding programs.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Implement HR initiatives, including training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement programs.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelors’ Degree in Human resources or business-related fields.

• Minimum of Four (4) years of HR experience with at least two (2) years of experience as an HR Generalist.

• An HR professional certification is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in coaching employees and management through complex issues.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Remuneration: 350k net, 13th month, transportation and airtime allowance.
