As an HR Manager at Human Leadership Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s culture, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Run the HR department, handle all HR functions and provide strategic HR leadership, develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • To support the Organization strategic and operational goals by implementing efficient and well-integrated human resource policies, programs, services and statuary compliance measures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Identification and management of stakeholders.
  • Develop and administer performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • To oversee and foster the performance management culture, incentive, motivator, and recognition initiatives, as well as the comprehensive KPI’s for human resource operations.

Requirements: 

  • A minimum of second-class upper from in Social Sciences, Economics, and business administration.
  • Minimum of 12 years of extensive HR Generalist experience.
  • At least 5 years of Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits experience.
  • Extensive experience operating in a business  partner model , working with local managers to create positive business outcomes.
  • Must have a background in consulting.

Salary: Minimum # 30 million ( gross )
