Job Overview
Chinbell Industries Limited is an importing and exporting company which sells all varieties of goods ranging from car batteries, perfumes, solar powered fans, ketchup, beverages, diabetic rice, foil wrapping paper, etc., in wholesale sizes. We also provide very large warehouses everywhere in the mainland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Guides guests and issues guest badges.
- Handles client complaints.
- Files documents.
- Support office operations by handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Plans business travel.
- Assist in ordering and maintaining office supplies, helping to keep the workplace fully equipped.
- Receives deliveries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or Office Assistant is a plus but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
