As an IT Support Analyst at Sporta Suites, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional support to our employees. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting with software and hardware installation, and maintaining our network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with user account management, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and enhance network infrastructure.
- Document IT processes and solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office printers and other hardware devices.
- Help with software updates, patches, and antivirus protection.
- Offer technical guidance and training to end-users as needed.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve the overall technology environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Computer science, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven Experience as an IT Support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of email management, software and hardware troubleshooting, and network testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as part of a team.
- Certifications ( e.g, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT professional ) are a plus.
