Customer care assistant 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team asla a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with support, assistance, and solutions to their inquiries and concerns.

 

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Provide guidance and support in navigating our platforms and services

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital platforms and tools

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
